Dr. Aradhana Mudambi is an accomplished multilingual educator and social justice activist. She has her undergraduate degree from Rice University and a master’s degree and doctorate from Harvard University. She is currently the Director of ESOL, Bilingual Education and World Languages at Windham Public Schools where she founded Dos Ríos, the first one-way, developmental dual language program in New England. Dr. Mudambi is also an adjunct professor of intercultural communications at Eastern Connecticut State University and vice president of the Multistate Association for Bilingual Education,

Since 2011, Jill Davidson has worked as the Director of Publications and Communications at Educators for Social Responsibility, which collaborates with middle and high schools to provide professional development and resources grounded in the values of equity, community, and democracy. Before ESR, she worked for over a decade in a variety of roles at the Coalition of Essential Schools. Jill lives in Providence, RI. As the mother of three sons in public schools, she advocates for family-school involvement to support school success for all young people.

Jamilah Pitts is an educator, writer, social entrepreneur and yoga teacher whose work centers the liberation, healing and holistic development of communities of the global majority. She has served in various roles and spaces to promote racial justice and healing as a teacher, coach, assistant principal and as a dean. She has worked in educational spaces domestically in Massachusetts and New York, and internationally in the Dominican Republic, China and India.
